Will pressure washing damage my siding?
How often should I wash my house in Minnesota?
We do not pressure wash siding. We soft wash it, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of force. High pressure is what cracks siding, forces water behind panels and strips paint, so we avoid it entirely on any home exterior.
Most Twin Cities homes need it every 18 to 24 months. North and east facing walls that get less sun grow algae faster and may need it yearly.
Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants and pets?
How long does a house wash take?
Yes. We pre-soak and re-rinse all landscaping, and the solution breaks down quickly. Pets can be back outside as soon as surfaces dry.
Most homes take two to four hours. We do not need you home, and you can pay after you have seen the results.
